TRAINING WITH DUNCAN KEITH
Training is a passion of Duncan’s, and it shows. Whether its training during the season with the Chicago Blackhawks, or back home during the off season, Duncan has always gone the extra mile to become one of the leagues most fit athletes.
He led the National Hockey League in average ice time during the 2010-2011 season and has led the Chicago Blackhawks in average ice time the past 6 years. Additionally, Duncan led team Canada in ice time during their 2010 Gold Medal performance.
